By enrolling your child in the NST Indoor Summer Camp, you (the “Parent” or legal guardian) agree to the terms outlined below. 1. General Information 1.1 The NST Summer Camp will take place at 1212 Royal Pkwy, Euless, TX 76040 from July 20, 2026 to July 26, 2026 for Juniors and July 27, 2026, to August 2, 2026 for Seniors. 1.2 The Camp is open to children aged 5 years and older. 1.3 Camp hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. 1.4 The Parent agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their child’s health, emergency contacts, and any relevant medical conditions or allergies during registration and throughout the Camp period. 2. Payment and Registration 2.1 The Parent agrees to pay the Camp fee as outlined during the registration process. 2.2 All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing by the Camp administration. 2.3 The Camp reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received by the specified deadline. 3. Health and Safety 3.1 The Parent acknowledges that participation in Camp activities involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, or illnesses. The Parent assumes full responsibility for any such risks. 3.2 The Parent affirms that their child is in good health and physically able to participate in Camp activities. 3.3 NST will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers. However, NST is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal property during the Camp. 3.4 The Parent agrees to promptly inform the Camp of any changes to the child’s health or medical conditions. 4. Behavior and Discipline 4.1 The Parent agrees to educate their child about appropriate behavior and the Camp’s code of conduct. 4.2 The Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant who: Exhibits repeated disruptive or inappropriate behavior Endangers themselves or others Fails to follow rules or staff instructions. 4.3 The Parent is responsible for any damages caused by their child to Camp property or the property of others. 5. Photography and Media Release 5.1 The Parent grants permission for the Camp to photograph or record their child during Camp activities for NST/ Non-Profit promotional and marketing purposes. 5.2 The Camp will seek written consent before using any media that directly identifies the child by name. 6. Liability and Indemnification 6.1 The Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NST, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the child’s participation in the Camp. 6.2 The Camp is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 7. Changes and Cancellations 7.1 NST reserves the right to make changes to the Camp schedule, activities, or policies as needed. 7.2 If the Camp is canceled by NST, a full refund will be issued for any fees paid. 8. Governing Law 8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 8.2 Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Euless, Texas.
