I consent to photographs and video recordings being taken during the event and authorize the Nepalese Society of Texas (NST) to use photographs or videos of me and the participants included in this registration for event coverage, community communications, social media, websites, and promotional purposes.
If I am registering a participant under 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian, or that I am authorized to register them, and I provide consent for their participation and for the photography and video authorization described above.
Payment Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. By completing this registration and submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree that all registration fees are final and non-refundable.
